Alishan Forest Railway Resumes Operations with New Tourist Charters
After a 15-year hiatus, the Alishan Forest Railway has fully resumed operations and introduced two new tourist charters.
The historic railway, which runs through the mountains of Taiwan, has been a popular tourist destination since the early 20th century. However, it was severely damaged by typhoons in 2009 and has been closed for repairs ever since.

The other new charter, the "Alishan Forest Railway Nature Tour," will take visitors on a scenic journey through the Alishan Mountains. The tour will include stops at some of the area's most popular hiking trails and waterfalls.
