Inter Milan have completed the signing of Joaquin Correa from Lazio on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy. The fee is believed to be in the region of €30 million.
Correa, 27, is a versatile forward who can play as a center forward, a second striker, or a winger. He has been capped 18 times by Argentina and has scored 30 goals in 117 Serie A appearances.
Correa began his career with Estudiantes in Argentina before moving to Sampdoria in 2015. He spent three seasons with Sampdoria before joining Sevilla in 2018. He spent two seasons with Sevilla before joining Lazio in 2020.
Correa is a welcome addition to Inter's squad. He is a proven goalscorer and has experience playing at the highest level. He will provide Inter with much-needed depth in their attack.
Inter are the reigning Serie A champions and will be competing in the UEFA Champions League this season. They will be hoping that Correa can help them to achieve success on both fronts.
